Purchasing From Harmony Publishing
By placing your order you are offering to buy the goods and permitting us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes other than those stated in our Privacy Statement - below, without asking your consent and you may request that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. Your credit card payment will be deducted at the time of checkout. You do not own the goods until we have received payment in full. All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted, subject to not selling below our cost price.
Harmony Publishing Product Guarantee and Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is essential to our success. If you are unhappy with any of our products we will refund any unused items so long as you return them to us at your expense, in a saleable condition (this means unused and with all packaging intact - we do not accept the return of CD, DVD or Videos unless they are faulty) within 30 days of purchase. Please call us for approval before returning any used goods. For larger items it may be more convenient for you if we arrange collection (mainland UK only), if this is the case please call us on 0131 558 3593 to make arrangements. In the event of us collecting the goods a carriage charge of £9.95 including VAT will be deducted from the credit due to you. When returning goods be sure to include your details.
Damaged or Defective Goods
We endeavor to supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage and notify us as soon as possible if there are any problems so that we can arrange for their collection at no cost to you. We will at our option replace the goods or refund monies paid by you.

Harmony Publishing uses Sagepay online solution for all credit card transactions. Sage Pay is level 1 PCI DSS compliant and is active members of the PCI SSC (Security Standards Council). However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data you disclose on-line. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information and dealing on-line over the Internet and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default. Payment Options
Harmony Publishing accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and debit cards and uses a secure payment system which means payment is taken immediately once the order has been placed. Payment can be made and will be charged in £ Sterling. If you want to pay by bank transfer, orders must be placed by e-mails at support@harmonypublishing.org. Order Confirmations upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system you will receive an E-Mail confirmation. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct. If there are any mistakes, please email us immediately. You may also print your invoice at the end of the check out and can login in to your account to view previous invoices at a later date. In the unlikely event of us being unable to fulfill your order or part thereof, (due to having sold out of a selected item), or there being an error in your order we will advise you as soon as it is possible. If payment has been made on an order that we are unable to fulfill we will immediately refund payment by the same method as the payment made.
VAT & Duty
The prices shown on the product pages exclude UK VAT (current UK rate on books: 0%). VAT is added automatically in the shopping cart for UK & EU* customers (EU customers with a valid EU VAT number can enter their VAT number at check out and will not be charged VAT). VAT will be deducted for orders placed from outside the EU. Local Taxes & Duties for those outside the EU are the responsibility of the shopper or recipient in the country of destination.
UK Delivery
Deliveries within the UK, excluding The Islands are mainly by 2-3 day "signed for" courier service Parcel Force, though small items are sometimes sent by the Royal Mail. Goods ordered before 12pm (GMT) will normally be processed and dispatched the same day. Occasionally we may deliver the goods in several consignments but if this is the case we will not charge any extra delivery for this. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you.

Cancelling Your Contract
If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund, provided that the goods are returned undamaged and complete, together with the relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting from the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation or if requested we can collect the goods from you at your cost.
Note: If you request us to arrange for a courier collection of your product, we are unable to specify the collection time, and will require someone to be present when the courier comes. If you wish to cancel, please write to us at the address below. We require all cancellation requests in writing, within 7 working days starting on the day after you receive the goods from us. Alternatively fax us on 00 44 (0)131 777 8107 or Email support@harmonypublishing.org. We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if required, within 30 days from the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation in writing. Please be sure to include the following details with all returns: Your name, Daytime telephone number & Order number, together with the reason for the return. Direct Selling Regulation Compliance Information The contract is entered into between ourselves at the point your payment is received and your order confirmed.
The contract is made in English language only. Your contract/invoice will be sent on paper with your order. If you need to correct an error in your order after it has been placed please do so by email or by phone immediately as most orders are sent the same day and once the goods have been sent additional carriage costs may be incurred.
